Cashew Coffee

Ingredients
  • 50g / Large Handful Cashew Nuts
  • 350ml milk
  • 1 heaped tbsp of instant coffee or a double espresso shot
Instructions
  1. Toast the cashews in a little frying pan while you warm the milk
  2. Dissolve the coffee into the warm milk
  3. Blitz all three ingredients in a high speed blender. I used a Froothie fitted with the small jug.
