It’s been a long, looooong wait but the first episode of the Great British Bake Off hits UK TV screens this evening on BBC2 at 8pm. I am one of the 12 lucky bakers who will be on this year’s series. I don’t want to give anything away or spoil your viewing but here’s a clip with some highlights! The picture is of me, the other 11 contestants and the judges – The legendary Mary Berry and Master Baker, Paul Hollywood. There’s a book to accompany the series which has recipes from the show and also a great website. I hope you enjoy watching as much as I enjoyed taking part!
